Pebble Productions took over the Oatlands Park Hotel in Weybridge. A drinks reception, including cocktails incorporating some of the client's principal brands, was organised in the atrium where we showcased and lit the new design work of PRF, the client's Creative Department.Pebble Productions transformed the hotel's bland York Suite into an 80s retro style emporium. The room was lit with low wattage energy efficient LED beam cans and snow flake gobos. Two 52" plasmas displayed the client's *** , together with a bespoke Flash visuals package and footage from camera relays that captured all the dance floor action. A casino area was set up, adjacent to which were snowboarding and ski racing arcade games set in a snow drenched area complete with 3D alpine first. A photo shoot area was also set up, with a life size sleigh. Guests were invited to dip into our dressing up box before posing for group photos which could then be downloaded from the client's dedicated event microsite. A delicious three course festive dinner was served whilst a close up magician worked the 14 stunningly dressed dinner tables. Additional late night snacks were served around midnight and A TurboSound PA was installed to ensure the music packed a punch, with additional discreet satellite speakers positioned to create a surround sound effect, thus ensuring that all corners of the room heard every word of the presentations and speeches. The stage was backlit with star cloth and additional parcans, whilst Martin moving heads and other effex lighting created movement on the dance floor.
